Emily Catherine
Founder and Co-Director of Beermat Doodles, artist and illustrator, Emily has been working in Nottingham for many years. Establishing herself as the “Go to” for Album covers, Editorial & Street Art. Emily specialises in hand-drawn and hand-painted illustrations and artworks. Her stylish, monochromatic beermats and charming portraiture always go down a storm. Most of all she loves a good natter.
Raphael Achache
As Co-Director and bookings manager, Raphael Achache (pronounced Ash-Ash) has been with us from the start. He is a talented illustrator skilled predominantly in traditional pen and ink work. His background in graphic recording and live illustration render him one of our speediest doodlers. He has been operating as a freelancer in the arts for many years, with a wealth of experience in drawings for books, animation and ideation workshops.
Laura Decorum
Laura has been a practising Fine Artist for as long as she can remember and she spent her career establishing herself as a mural painter and street artist. Laura’s work is a celebration of colour and vibrancy that reflect her personality. The combination of her her unique and imaginative style and experience as a Face Painter make her beermat doodles a hit with crowds of all ages.
Rikki
Rikki was born drawing and still at it. With a depth of experience in Fine Art, Graffiti, commercial illustration and Live drawing at all manor of events, he has illustrated in more countries than we can count. Rikki is also a master of capturing likeness, his beermats are fun and full of colour. He is also one of the fastest pens in the west.
Talia
With over twenty years experience in the Greetings Card industry and one of the most respected Street Artists in the U.K, Talia is a master of colour. Expect beautifully detailed watercolour backgrounds and perfectly penned portraits. Talia’s style is detailed, careful, ethereal and she is a fan favourite at all events.
